It's been pretty obvious the cadre of ghouls surrounding him have been running the show for a while.
Trump is senile as shit and I 100 percent believe he doesn't know how to manipulate the US stock market to the degree his actions indicate. I'm pretty sure the Steven Miller types around him do though.
