Ya or just drink f-n water if you're not training for the olympics ๐Ÿ˜ (and if you do, I bet you don't chug "spirt drinks").

I bet those sport drinks are just worse for you compared to plain old tap water in all situations.

I grew up drinking water, because my parents were broke and my mom is a bit of a conspiracy theorist when it comes to science and stuff, especially artificial foods.

Nowadays I've stuck with water, in part because I'm broke too, but also because I notice that when I'm truly thirsty, which happens when I am playing sports, water actually tastes the best. Give me a Coke when I'm hooping and I will probably ask you for water lol

But I honestly do believe that Gatorade helps with dehydration if you're truly dehydrated. Pedialyte would probably be a healthier alternative if you need to hydrate quickly.
