Sure but soda goes into the digestive system. Unless your cancer is in your digestive system, it's pretty unlikely that your soda would kill it.

If anything, I've heard that artificial sweeteners specifically might cause cancer, not cure it, so if anything, Diet and Zero Sugar sodas should be avoided.
