I don't think she's disingenuous. I think all her crazy beliefs are actual beliefs. We're all just amazed because a tiny sliver of truth managed to penetrate her defences.
As for the never-Trump Republicans. This is a case where the enemy of my enemy is still most definitely my enemy. I'm sure that the never-Trump GOP feels the same way. If a rabid dog starts biting its Nazi owner, we might cheer it on. But, that doesn't mean we're going to let that rabid dog get any closer to us.
