MODERATORS
An AI model trained to work in a similar style could do this without problems, crookedly cutting and moving objects like a human, just need a certain prompt.
In order to know for sure, you need to watch without taking your eyes off how a person does this with his own hands on a computer.
Or in the time it takes to figure out how to do that, you could've grabbed a stock photo of the moon, grabbed a stock photo of a USAian dollar store, shoved 'em both in Inkscape, drawn a quick polygon, applied it as a mask, and exported it as a png.
