I mean, the article seems to do a pretty good job of answering the question in the headline. There isn't strong evidence in the files (which have been released) that anyone else was involved in sex trafficking.
First of all, I added "partial" to the headline and "in the US." which I shouldn't have had to have done. Their headline makes it sound like it's a done deal and that all of the files were released.
Second, they don't mention that victims are saying that they haven't released all of the files.
