Picture this: it’s 2035. You haven’t owned a car in three years. A self-driving pod arrives whenever you tap your phone. That two-car garage? It’s now transformed into a yoga studio, a home theater, or a home gym.

We’ve been dedicating our best square footage to vehicles that sit idle 95% of the time. As personal vehicle ownership declines, every homeowner gains access to a bonus room — art studios, small businesses, or whatever you’ve been dreaming of.

The future isn’t just about driverless technology. It’s garageless — and your home just became significantly larger.

How do you plan to transform your home in the future?

I live that life right now. Without tech that doesn't exist yet.
If I do need a car, I tap on my phone, book a car-sharing EV and walk 5 minutes to where it's parked.
The money goes to a local non-profit organization, not a US tech billionaire.
