Well, misinformation at least is a real word. It just means factually wrong information. "Disinformation" is the double-speak term made up by western governments to censor factual information that they don't like.

"Misinformination" is incorrect information spread through ignorance.

"Disinformation" is incorrect information spread through malice.

They're both real words that highlight separate intent.
