It was definitely toasty here today, but I still managed to get in my daily run because I'm training for a marathon. It sucked!

Nah, just stupider than you. lol I grew up here tho, so kinda used to the heat.
I could go the whole "iT'S ThE HuMiDiTy tHaT MaKeS It hOt" route....but at that point, it's hot any way you slice it.
But I will say, humidity is sorta worse. My hottest days in Florida, always seemed hotter that my hottest days in AZ.
