I'm probably too old to be drafted so I'll never get my chance to do an officer fragging.

Air Force, navy, coast guard, and space force have age limits around 41-42. Hopefully you missed that mark.
I briefly worked for NASA and am under 40. So, I am looking forward to being drafted into Space Force and do the first fragging in an office building.

I get drafted onto an aircraft carrier or sub, i'm gonna make the reactor go prompt critical in dock

I thought the implied purpose of establishing the space force was anti-satellite warfare.
Probably space force and coast guard are the least shitty and no idea if they’ll bother drafting. Navy might be the most likely to do a draft. Air Force too but your vision might not be good enough.
