MODERATORS
She was just a good prosecutor doing her job. Data wasn't turned into a science experiment, so she did nothing wrong...
We even saw him torture someone - and though he felt guilt - he was still torturing someone to reunite with his psychopathic father...
But yeah, whereas he was a fleshed out character, she was a momentary antagonist. The point of these characters is to show that no one ia wholely good - or wholely evil, and that's why I love Star Trek.
Also, we were robbed of the shipping between Bashir and Garek, which I will never forgive Paramount for.
