Sair. Skipped the swim today for some weights instead. And embraced my creative side for a change: turned an empty Raasay whisky bottle see:

Oh very nice!! I have dried my own flowers the last couple of years and have used them in vases in the house! I love dried flowers!!

As I understand it there's not much to be done for a broken toe besides possibly binding it to the next-door toe anyway, right?
