I work in a small satellite engineering lab of a massive corporation. We all constantly complain about the company, their 100%-AI internal emails, and all the other corporate BS that we are at least somewhat insulated from.
We got assigned a new workplace violence/ active shooter training, and it had a whole section about how complaining excessively about the company may be early signs of workplace violence.
