Interesting, thank you for sharing your experiences!

I am an IT guy, so I'll freely admit that I don't actually know that much on the medical/technical side of things and probably just projected my own esthetic preference.

I am currently using white gloves when doing the washing up or cleaning, but have used purple, blue, lime green, orange and black, in my experience I find that black are fairly annoying since they contrast worse against the background when working, blue, purple and lime green work well, white is fine, but some cleaning products discolor them quickly.

I've noticed that the various grave brands also tend to use different textures on different colors sometimes. Black, orange, and green tend to have "grippier" fingers and palms on average. Kinda weird, but it happens enough that I noticed it at all.
