As a rule of thumb, if it's uncomfortable for you, it's safe to assume that at least 1 million other people find it uncomfortable too. Our personal experience is far from unique in a world full of 7 billion people.
And therefore you should never socialise or try to find community online
Why would you take my comment to mean that nobody should socialize ever? I can think of other questions one could ask about this universal experience that are far more interesting than a show of hands.
