Or you could do what I did yesterday: listen to most of an audiobook WHILE riding ridiculous distances on an exercise bike ๐
I had a friend who was in the national under 18 waterpolo team but that was kinda his peak so he instead pursued computer programming. Nowadays he rides hundreds kf kilometers a day while listening to audiobooks to keep fit. Because hes a good programmer and street smart he only works like 3 hours a day and pretends like he needs 8 hours to do the work. Goated way to live i guess.
