Is it safe to stand on top of a ceramic toilet tank? (lazysoci.al)

I have to reach the ceiling above the toilet but the space between the sink and the toilet is too narrow for my step ladder to fit. It would be for just a couple minutes.

No it's not. And whatever needs doing on the ceiling is either too unimportant to risk it or important enough to hire someone.
