Is it safe to stand on top of a ceramic toilet tank? (lazysoci.al)

I have to reach the ceiling above the toilet but the space between the sink and the toilet is too narrow for my step ladder to fit. It would be for just a couple minutes.

I think it was Eastern Promises that showed that the toilet tank lid is the most dangerous part of the toilet.
