China pours more concrete than America has done in it's entire history as it actually develops and moves the country forward into the future unlike the stagnating rural shitholes of burnt-out meth trailers in Appalachia or demunincipalized slums in major cities entirely forgotten and shoved to the side (old Flint, MI; parts of NY I grew up in). China has actually attempted to solve some of the 80s-90s slums, address poverty and doesn't have 50+ interventions on it's record for dealing with nations overseas. I can point to most of Latin America that the U.S has destroyed, overthrown or violently massacred for corporate interests.
