Since we're here, I also wonder why no one said about Mongolia and Genghis Khan when they also colonized half the known world. So much hypocrisy.

Genghis Khan wasn't European, so therefore everything he did was reconquista, and calling him a brutal imperialist is just xenophobic western propaganda /s
