I really wonder if Trump actually thinks that the Navy can just put coal in their air craft carrier engines...
They can. It wouldn't work, but you could definitely fill a nuclear reactor with coal.
Don't ask how you dispose of the radioactive coal, or ever get that reactor to work again. Those are problems for the next idiot in charge.
