He was, but then USA pressured Romania into releasing the Tate brothers and they escaped to USA. Although Romania denies they were ever pressured, the Tate brothers was accused of quite a bunch of crimes including human trafficking, so it is awfully convenient that the Romanian government just gave them up like that.
No, because pedophiles are elected to be in charge to protect them.
