I don't know who keeps suggesting that things are uniquely human, but they should probably stop at this point. Animals play fight all of the time and big cats pretty famously will pretend to be startled by their cubs when they engage in hunting like behavior. I'm not saying research isn't important, but who is going around denying ape imagination?
