One argument is the high likelihood of any effort at organizing anything like that to be a trap. If it succeeded to any extent, it would probably be because the rest of the power structure decided they want one guy in particular dead (they did kill Epstein himself), and also that they want a pretense to escalate towards more militarization. I think actually winning would need removing their power first.
