That's too easy though. I was thinking more like a bar of soap with a hole carved in it.

As someone who knew a guy (no for real, not me) who used axe shower gel and gave himself a UTI; DO NOT fuck the soap. The bacteria that live on there is a delicate ecosystem and if you strip it off with hardcore soaps then you'll leave yourself open for the harmful bacteria to make their home on your most delicates.
So that’s why it burned for a bit after using soap. Ah the foibles of youth.
