We need to effect what we can control first and foremost. Harm minimization and resistance, it's not one or the other and either way it's not fascism to acknowledge that there is a path towards harm minimization.
If you actually consider non-Americans to be equally human as Americans (and let's be honest, you don't) then the "harm minimisation" path is the one that collapses the genocidal empire the fastest.

The revolution doesn't come from nowhere and revolutionary politics is not just immediately taking power. You build up parallel institutions of power to be ready to fight when you need to and seize power when the opportunity comes. These can be used to defend yourself when the hitlers come for you.
