I mean Sky is kinda right. You can be mentioned in the files, because anyone could have reported you to the feds. But I mean it is at least shady to get mentioned, even if there is a possibility for a person to be completely innocent.

"being mentioned" could be like that one guy who complained about Rebecca Watson to Epstein after she gave a talk about sexual harassment in nerd spaces, but it's a shifting of the goalposts. Most people are not interested in mentions, they're interested in who was corresponding with known sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and what they were saying.
