Doesn't the CEO of Ford say he drives a Chinese EV? I want to shop for a hybrid vehicle w/in the next couple of years as my ride enters jalopy status but like, what if a BYD or other Chinese auto becomes available stateside right after that and I'm stuck on some outdated Ameritrash.
I definitely would not hold my breath with Chinese automobiles coming to the US anytime soon considering they banned certification of any new drones from Chinese manufacturers for the foreseeable future. I don't doubt they would do the same to automobiles as well.
We're going to be stuck in the stone age for a while imo. At least we get some solid Japanese hybrids
Yeah I think that's right and I kind of knew that, I need to stop holding on to hope and accept the fact that I live in the hermit kingdom.
