Since I'm in Canada and safe from the five eyes bullshit now... Do ICE agents have radio systems? My observation is that many don't. What happens if you manage to separate a couple of them? Do they go outside to smoke when they're at their hotels? Getting shot at on a smoke break seems pretty scary. What if ICE agents started to disappear? What they want for their civil war is a character they can point to as a central villain. If agents get picked off and no one gets caught, they don't have the character they need for the story they want to tell. I sincerely wish there was more I could do.
