If an account is impersonating someone on Instagram you can only report them as such if they have an Instagram account (thelemmy.club)

i could just imagine celeb getting an instagram and flag the celebrities account as impersonator

That's probably why some of them have an official account with one post.

Maybe people do it on purpose so the celebrity actually does make an account. Force someone you like to make an account in the hopes that they'll post. lol
