MODERATORS
An address that showed many world leaders, completely unfiltered by the media, how sick and deranged he is. An absolutely pathetic display by a supposed strongman. Slurring his words, mistaking Iceland for Greenland several times, and going on racist tirades. Carney's speech the day before is a stunning contrast.
