The online survey of 1,002 U.S. adults was conducted between Jan. 13 and 15. It found that 66 per cent of respondents want Canada to remain an independent nation

    Yeah, I don't entirely object to the reverse (as long as California is adopted into the family), but making Canada part of the US? No thank you. Fucking crab bucket mentality; can't let other people have nice things.

    As a Canadian I like visiting Minnesota and it feels like a real shame not to be able to visit there right now because of all the fascism. I think many Minnesotans would fit in quite well among Canadians. But there are also some horrible reactionary elements there. Perhaps persuade them to move to Texas first.
