Visual identification of legality is tough to do. After that, everything is legal.

If you're a felon and someone who knows that notices you in public with a rifle it would be bad news bears for you.

Honestly at this point what's left to lose? The result is the same, just on a different timescale.

Edit: being a felon isn't the only way to illegally arm yourself.

I mean, I won't encourage people to break or not break the law. Yall do you. But Felon was the example I was speaking of. I'm sure there's others.
