Then... At her sentencing, psychiatrists for the defense testified that Wuornos was mentally unstable and diagnosed her with borderline personality disorder and antisocial personality disorder.[1] Four days later, she was sentenced to death. :/ if it was able to be recognized earlier she could have gotten help.
