So I have this buddy of mine who plays bass in a hardcore punk/ska band (he calls it ska-core but that doesn't matter here lol) and he actually recommended me this band. Checked it out on his word and discovered a new favorite of mine from crust punk!

This one also has quite a bit for us thrashers to chew on as well, between the blistering speed and blast beats sprinkled about. Small amounts of actual thrash riffing but the attitude is fuckin there, man. I'm linking my personal pick after a couple spins, but I also recommend the first.. let's say.. four tracks.

This band is also from Boston, MA, USA, and was pretty active in the 90's. This particular release came out in 2002, and I wish I had heard of it sooner lol.

Tidal, RateYourMusic, too hardcore for Metal Archives womp womp

Yeah it's not bad by any means, just not something I'd ever think of putting on. Gritty metal bands fill that void for me. And if I'm in a punk mood I'd throw on something like The Exploited, Black Flag, Discharge etc.
