This episode was released on: Dec 26, 2011. Attack on Titan started in 2013.

They definitely share a similar visual style, but SnK/AoT came out years after. Not sure if that disqualifies what the OP is asking though. (Something older can remind one of something newer, though it would seem the other way around would be more correct.)
