Trying to blame their proxy state instead of the US to redirect blame
Yeah I've thought it was the US, or at least US sponsored/advised. The article says apparently the US knew about the attack in advance and told them not to do it, but doesn't give any sources for that that I could see.
This is the narrative they spun after Hersh's leaks. They're quite throwing Ukraine under the bus.
USA: country that consistently lied about its wars, aggressions and involvements
Libs: This time they speak the truth!
Hersh: journalist that was consistenly correct about exposing US lies about their wars
Libs: This time he lied (actually we also accused him of lying every time before, but we are libs so we can lie about that too)
Neocons have spun it as "rogue elements inside Ukraine". Never underestimate the mental gymnastics they can play. Will the German public go along? That's the question.
