I'm new to lemmy, came from reddit. What's the lemmy etiquette like? How different is it from reddiqutte? (lemmy.ml)

Working on it lol.

Dad doesn't want to switch to linux, because "his files" or something (libreoffice and ddg??? he uses ddg on some devices already and libreoffice is like free ms365) so if I get Frankenstein the Floor Computer running, yes, I will linux (I plan on dual booting mint/arch, but not being toxic about it)
