Technically we are all gravitationally connected to the moon. Just at very small scale.

Sadly, not. It's just some influence, but negligible. We are both gravitationally connected to Earth. If Earth go poof, we both enter a solar orbit and eventually drift apart at a rate dependent on where the moon was in its orbit before Earth checked out.
