Sorry, it's a joke about 'corporations being people' and giving them monies being akin to a socialist (~benefiting society) act.
To clarify even further - it's not, the concepts don't make sense together (hence the humor or obvious sarcasm).

Afaik she is moderately (or hugely in context of USA in the last 70 years) against 'socialism for megacorps'.
