Yep, acetylene. I used thinner than usual sheet for it (26 gauge) which because of the lower mass heats up faster. It's something you mostly have to worry about with bezels, because they're done with thin wire. The torch gets hot enough you can ise it to melt silver in a crucible for casting!
Lol ok, that makes more sense to me now. The only time I've used acetylene was cutting rusted bolts and for silver spin casting to completely liquify little strips.
