There were some fair points, but I didn't find their overall arguments convincing. Neutral reporting (and not getting overly hanged up on the polemics of a given side) is important, but facts are also important.
I did find the overall arguments around the critique of BBC Arabic's approach to Hamas more convincing even though I didn't agree with everything they said (note, I haven't actually ever seen BBC Arabic as I don't speak Arabic).
