I've never let my kid watch her stuff because I found the faces and voices she dies in her videos unnerving. I guess it has to do with helping kids comprehend stuff as they're learning? Anyway, I instinctively applied that reaction to generally disliking her. That held for years. Lately, though, I'm happy to say she's been proving my assumptions dead wrong as she actively uses her platform for some good.
