It literally won't, Americans are cowards. They won't do a thing beyond laying down and dying.

Everyone that's isn't a conservative will just talk about how this will lead to french revolution and shake their fist in the air about how trump and co "better watch it!" Because Americans are gonna take to the streets at some point and it won't be pretty.
