My life for the past few weeks has been about dealing with a flea infestation. I don't regret rescuing my kitten, she's beautiful. I do regret going to a vet that gave me some wrong info about anti-parasite treatment schedules for kittens, that resulted in her not getting treated for fleas when she should have and the fleas spreading to my apartment.

In either case, the cat is now free of fleas, and my apartment has been treated with some pretty hardcore insect-killing chemicals. Hopefully I won't need to repeat the process more than once or twice.
