Soooo. I was banned for telling a extreme right wing dickhead that he was an asshole. Yeah I shouldn't have but whatever. (yes I've appealed it and failed)

Now all my sub accounts are also banned.

Is the only way to evade the ban to dodge your online fingerprint? (new phone, new email, new ph number. Etc)

I read it's just IP based but my flat has 3 others that use reddit daily and they are fine so surely it's device ID and email linked to device. Etc

Sorry to ask here guys but it's wracking my brain.

The whole model is just absolutely stupid. I mean, I get how it was what Aaron and Spez came up with back 20 years ago, but the fact that nobody bothered to make anything fundamentally better at any point since then is just fuckin' weird.
