A Calgary developer is looking to redevelop the building on the corner of 10th St NW and Memorial Drive, a well known location and the former site of Julio's Barrio.

Mixed bag. That apartment probably does need to be redeveloped, but do they need to be premium condos? I guess the location/view is pretty great.
