trying to find out was maddening and sadly i came up empty, but i did learn that it is on display at the JV Stalin Museum in the basement of the Hotel Stalingrad in Mamyev Kurgan

I had a bit of a snoop around too. Only thing left I can think of is to email The Hotel Stalingrad.
