Edit: About the ban part, you can criticize Nintendo as much as you want here, just no personal attacks, or random Nintendo bashing that has nothing to do with the post you are replying to. You can check the side bar for the full list of rules, but in general we are pretty chill here and have a great community of people who are just here to enjoy the games.
