Edit: just a warning about Tony Horton he's cheesy and pro troops. But his motivational patter isnt toxic that I can recall.
Oh, second note about that KenpoX video that's kind of a sales point imo. The video has you do all the exercises/punches on both your right and left side. I am by no means even an amateur level boxer, but because I've done that video hundreds of times over the years, I often naturally slip into a southpaw stance without even realizing it.
